4. Delivery Time: Standard delivery times for Australian metropolitan areas are approximately 3-5 business days, while regional areas can take up to 7-10 business days. International orders are between 14 and 60 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary based on external factors outside of our control.

5. Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

6. Undelivered Packages: If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
